BR-10PS-3C Controller connected with Control Panel
The BR-10PS controller is installed in combination with the padmount load break switch on MV underground distribution lines. It is interfaced with the padmount load break switch through a dedicated electrical control panel, and measures and calculates electrical quantities of the line through voltage and current sensors built into the switch. In addition, it is a controller for distribution automation with various functions such as status monitoring of the connected devices and line, line fault detection, battery management, and communication for remote operation.
The BR-10PS 3C controller is installed and operated in combination with three-way padmount load break switch, the BR-10PS 4C controller is for four-way padmount load break switch.
Used as a controller to integrate padmount switches into distribution automation system.
Used as a controller to detect more segmentalized faulty sections by sensing the operation of upstream protective devices such as reclosers on distribution lines or protective devices in substations.
